I’m Zachar Davydov. Investment manager, quantitative researcher, former structural engineer, and independent builder.

I spent seven years in New York structural engineering, working across building design, bridge and tunnel inspections, and field-team coordination. In 2021, I moved into independent portfolio management and built Kasatka Research.

Today, based in Brickell, Miami, I bring that analytical discipline to market research and creative projects. I like understanding how systems work, testing an idea against the evidence, and making something useful from what I learn.
